  • If the item out of stock, when will it become available again?

we cannot identify when an item will be back on the website. To keep track, you can add the item to your Wishlist and subscribe to our newsletters to stay updated and get notified once the item is back in stock.


  • How should I know the order confirmation?

You can make return of your Order within 7 days of receiving it. please visit (My Orders) section and do the return, please refer to our cancel and return policy to make sure that you follow all the instructions.

refund will be processing after we confirmed the order receiving, the refund order value will be credited to your account with the same card/account had been paid the order within 14 working days.


  • can I make exchange for item?

Unfortunately, in mean time we don’t accept exchange of items, you can cancel/return your order and make a new order.

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code at a time. Our system allows for the application of a single discount code per order. So, make sure to choose the best discount that suits your needs and enjoy your savings.

We’ve made it easy for you, the currency will automatically be set to the currency of the region you’re shopping from.

All shipping costs is fixed of (80 AED) shipped from Italy directly to your address and estimated delivery times can be found in the delivery section of terms and conditions page.


  • How fast is the Express Delivery service?

Our Express Delivery to customers in KSA and UAE only with 3-5 days.

Other GCC countries it will take 3 days more.


  • Do you support International Shipping?

Exclusively delivers within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. We value your interest and apologize for any inconvenience.


  • Can I get a refund if the return had been more than 7 days?

Unfortunately, our policy allows returns for eligible items within 7  days only.
