  1. Please carefully read our Terms, and it is govern your utilization of our platforms and services, these terms may get changed without notice, by posting the update, so please check regularly for updates, if you do not agree to be bound by the platforms Terms, you should not use the platforms.
  2. Using our platforms, you should be at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully, make payments – and agree to our Terms, Our Strategy is to deliver to addresses within the GCC countries and can currently be processed via platforms. Please refer to the Delivery section below. Our platforms is for personal or gift use only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage. 
  3. To have full utilize of the platforms you must create an Account and register your details with us. make sure that any personal details you provide to us are valid, accurate, and complete. You can update your personal details through the platforms (personal page), Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but are not responsible for any loss reason through misuse of those details.
  4. When you place an Order with us, you have the right to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes, cash handling fees, and duties where applicable, Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your cart or favorites list are not reserved until your Order is paid.
  5. The platforms will provide notification information regarding the availability of goods. it can be used to acknowledge that the items will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will be available right away, as inventory can change significantly, Receipt of your Order will be sent by email, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.
  6. You hereby confirm that I have read and understood this Privacy Policy. By submitting data to YAAN or its agent(s) or by my using, applications, or services, I voluntarily and expressly consent to YAAN collection, use, sharing, processing, and retention of my data in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. 
  7. We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our APP: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
  8. Payment will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details into the checkout process, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type. payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Apple Pay, we may request additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card with a photo, to confirm your order.
  9. For payments made via a Delayed Payment Provider, you may be asked to provide additional personal documents and be subject to credit checks. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments. we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof) if it suspects there is fraudulent or suspicious activity. The App is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes to your payment options (or any portion thereof).
  10. It is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with Yaan to get the payment options reactivated. Our website may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties and which are there for your convenience. We have no control over, assume no responsibility for, and do not endorse or verify the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services (including for the avoidance of doubt the Delayed Payment Provider). We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content posted on our website or our Apps by anyone other than us. We strongly advise you to read all third-party terms and conditions and privacy policies.
  11. Prices it may include and exclude any services you may select to the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes, or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final checkout.
  12. Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to Saudi Arabian riyals, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
  13. The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes, and duties apply (if any). Please refer to our Delivery section for further details on delivery options.
  14. With the delivery methods below. We are improving delivery methods across our channels.
  15. Deliveries take place between 10:00 am – 11:00 pm. The following options are available for delivery to your requested address.
  16. Timelines start from Order confirmation.
  17. Orders are delivered daily excluding Fridays.

 

Delivery: 

  1. Orders will be processed and shipped within 15 days of receipt of payment.
  2. If we have not delivered your Order within 25 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement. When your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to agree on a delivery date. Once agreed, you will be responsible for accepting delivery. If on the delivery date, our delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied.
  3. All customs, VAT, and duties charges are included, Customs duties and any handling charges from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
  4. For orders under 2500 Euro, shipment costs will be calculated automatically, 
  5. For order over this amount, our customer services will calculate the exact shipment cost and contact the customer concerned prior to shipment.
  6. we have no control over the charges, so they will have to be borne by you once the shipment reaches your country.
  7. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
  8. Depending on the specific product you have ordered and the country we are shipping to, our courier partner might ask you for certain documents (e.g. National ID, Tax ID or NOC letters) which needs to be shared by you, in order to complete and clear the requirements of the customs department.
  9. It is essential that you stay a step ahead by getting familiar with these common customs documents before placing an order to avoid any such inconvenience.
  10. we will not cover the damage caused to your ordered items if the required safety procedures and usage instructions aren’t followed.
  11. You can choose payment methods when you submit your order through (Visa/Mastercard/ Mada/ American Express/ Apple Pay).
  12. When your order is shipped you will receive an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your order details, through our carrier will contact you by messages or email for delivery confirmation and details, this shipment details can be used to track your shipment across and confirm the delivery location.

  14. free returns policy applied up to 7 days from delivery of your Order. Refunds will only be processed after the item/s returned have been approved. we will issue a refund of the value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges, shipping fees and cash handling fees if any).
  15. Your refund will be processed via the same paid method applied during placing your order within 14 working days.
  16. please arrange for return of the item using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it.
  17. Shoes and sunglasses return will only be accepted if they are in brand-new condition and without any damage or their packaging.
  18. We are not able to accept return of any item that have missing label or tag or had any mark of used.
  19. Items must be unused and in full original condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Shoes must not have any sole or other damage.
  20. Beauty and grooming items (including skincare, make-up, and haircare), underwear, face masks, and earrings, cannot be returned. In addition, all Men’s, and Women’s Accessories orders such as (necklace-bracelets- rings-are final and non-returnable.
  21. We will arrange your collection return item/s from your delivery address in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by receiving the return request.

  23. You will receive a confirmation email with all details of accepting or declining the return based on our return policy mentioned.

Using our platforms and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark, or other intellectual property rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including our software, HTML or other code contained on the APP/Website. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Website is typically protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by us or the licensor of such Content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
